Step 1 Application

Step 2 Assessment of Claim
The application is then reviewed by our risk assessment managers to determine a reasonable expectation of the value of the case and decide on the amount that can be prudently loaned at this time.

Step 3 Approval
We forward a notice of assignment and copy of the application to you. Once you have signed off the notice of assignment we will contact your client with details of the approval including next steps and convenient options for receiving the funds.

Step 4 Funding of the Loan
