We can provide your client with a lump-sum settlement loan, (minimum $500-no maximum) to help them with those mounting expenses. But now, how are they going to survive until the loan settles? They may only need an extra $500.00 - $1,500.00 a month to make ends meet until their personal injury claim is settled. We can provide smaller, monthly income-gap replacement loans directly into your client's bank account so they can get on with their life. We work with your client to assess their monthly income needs. Based on this and the strength of their underlying claim, we deposit a pre-established amount of money in their bank account. These deposits qualify for our interest-lowering Rate Protection Plan ™ should your client's claim take longer than expected to be resolved. Rate Protection Plan ™ Not all cases go as planned. Unforeseen delays can significantly impact the timing and outcome of the case settlement. Rhino Legal Finance recognizes these uncertainties. Our unique Rate Protection Planwill significantly lower the rate of interest charged on the loans, effective on the second anniversary of the loan. This allows you and your client to comfortably proceed with the case knowing the costs will remain manageable if the case stretches out longer than anticipated.
